Qualification & Experience:

• Has 3 years experience in export/shipping operation and documentation
• Has 1 year of working experience
• University degree (any discipline)
• Computer literacy, MS Office & SAP
• Good communication skills in Bahasa and English ( oral and written )
• Good understanding on dispatching process from loading point (plant) until delivery to the port (vessel), min. 3 years work experience Document and file management Time management and reporting Good interpersonal and communication skill Understand process of logistic distribution Understand parties involved in shipping process

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• This position exists to manage and to ensure all inter island and export activities (cement in bag, jumbo bag, bulk cement, and clinker) are running well, no complaint from community and customers and also manage inter island / export documentation / the work letter of instruction ( EMKL, Shipping Instruction to Agent, Stevedore, Proforma Invoice, Surveyor) to get despatch and avoid demurrage / dead freight by manage transportation of truck, cargo readiness (comply with customers requirement), loading at plant, unloading at port, reconciliation and equipment maintenance (steel box, big bucket)
