Qualification & Experience:
- Responsible and has good initiative to work independently and able to perform task targeted
- Proactive, Resilient and able to work in an organization that is undergoing change due to development
- Has a good understanding of HR procedures and employment legislation is additional points
- Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent, GPA min 3.00
- Proficient use of Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio)
- Good Communication Skill (written and verbal)
- Able to conduct Psychological Assessment
- Applicants must be willing to work in Semarang.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment plan
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions both internally and externally source
- Proactive coordination with user, recruitment channels and universities
- Update and deliver weekly metrics for assigned hires
- Provide administration relate to recruitment process
- Conduct Psychological Assessment
- Contribute to HR projects and settlement
