Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor degree from any major with min. GPA 3.00
• Good analytical and problem solving skill
• Good to advance English skill
• Responsibilities: Responsible to conduct audit for call centre processes

AUTHORIZATION OFFICER Jakarta Raya
Qualification & Experience:

• Good to advanced English skill
• Strong analytical and communication skill
• Willing to work in shift schedule
• Has 1-2 years experience in call centre or customer service is preferred
• Bachelor degree from any major with min. GPA 3.00
• Responsibilities: Responsible as customers’ contact data centre, monitoring transaction, and support to Call Centre

ANALYST Jakarta Raya
Qualification & Experience:

• Has 1-2 years experience in Accounting or Analyst positions are preferred
• Fresh graduates from local and overseas or educational institutions are welcome to apply (preferably from Finance / Accounting / Statistic / Mathematic major)
• Fluency in English is a must
• Have good communication and leadership skill
• Attention to detail and meticulous
• Good to advance skill in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Willing to be located in PondokIndah, Jakarta Selatan
• Responsibilities: Responsible to analyse and manage Service Department’s projects to support business growth and to liaise with other department regarding the projects

CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER Jakarta Raya
Qualification & Experience:

• Experience as a senior officer in a call centre, customer care or other hospitality industry for at least 1 year
• Bachelor degree from any major with min. GPA 3.00
• Strong communication skills & must be fluent in English
• Responsibilities: Responsible to investigate complaints and liaise with other units and customer to close the complaints
