Account Manager
Jakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya) - Jl. Sisingamangaraja 53, Kebayoran Baru
Responsibilities:

• Selling software solutions such as: Microsoft and AutoCAD to end-user customers
• Maintain and grow the base business,
• Coordinates account plans on multiple commercial accounts and drive new business opportunities.
• Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and by recommending appropriate software solutions. Works on problems/projects of diverse complexity and scope.
• Establishes a professional working relationship with the Information Technology (IT) organization at the client, and develops a core understanding of the unique business needs.
• Utilizes the support of presales and specialists, and inside sales to aid in pursuit.
• Works with Management to develop future business plans, strategy and policy; independently determines methods for achieving plans.
• Account size ranges; may work in a Small-Medium and/or Enterprise; varied sales cycle. Adjusts business plans based on account and industry segment opportunities.
• Conduct Rate Reviews/Billing disputes and credits with strategic customers upon request.

Requirements:

• Male / female max 35 years old.
• Min 3 years experience in Corporate Account Management or government.
• Have excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skill.
• Be able to develop new client and maintain existing clients.
• Have a strong personal integrity.
• Bring success stories list in Corporate Account Selling will be advantages.
